Permitted purpose
Renovae may be used for lawful professional property visualization, preparation, renovation concepts, virtual furnishing, decluttering, finish changes, lighting improvements, and tour presentation. Outputs are illustrative marketing or planning aids and require human review.
Content responsibility
- Upload only material the customer is entitled and authorized to process.
- Remove or avoid identifiable people, children, personal documents, photographs, licence plates, screens, keys, access codes, and other irrelevant personal or security information.
- Do not upload unlawful surveillance, intimate material, stolen content, malware, or content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or personality rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass generation limits, access another company's workspace, probe the service, extract secrets, or interfere with security controls.
Property accuracy
- Do not intentionally change structural geometry, room dimensions, openings, views, fixed utilities, or material facts in a way that could mislead a buyer or tenant.
- Do not remove evidence of damp, cracks, damage, hazards, illegal works, or other material defects when presenting the property's current condition.
- Do not claim that a projected renovation is technically feasible, permitted, included, or priced unless separately verified by qualified professionals.
- Review furniture placement, circulation, proportions, reflections, windows, radiators, doors, and panorama seams before publication.
Mandatory disclosure
Every externally used generated or materially manipulated image, panorama, video, tour, download, or embed must be clearly disclosed as an AI-modified renovation visual and not the property's current condition. Do not crop, cover, remove, or obscure a disclosure supplied by Renovae.
Customers must preserve Renovae's visible and machine-readable disclosures. If a listing portal, social network, compression tool, or other publication channel removes a disclosure, the customer must restore an equivalent clear disclosure before publication.
Customers remain responsible for additional disclosures required by the AI Act, Belgian advertising law, professional rules, listing portals, social platforms, and the context in which the output is shown.
Enforcement
We may investigate reported or detected misuse and may reject a generation, remove content, disable a publication link, suspend access, preserve relevant evidence, or notify competent authorities where reasonably required. We will use proportionate measures and provide notice where practicable and lawful.
